Episode 01: Don’t Wait Until Your Product is Perfect Before You Launch

It’s finally here folks! The GrindDaily Podcast is officially Live! We’re kicking things off with Sarunas Legeckas. Sarunas walks us through the process of taking a product to the market with the MVP mentality, acquiring capital, and what it means to evolve.

In a true hustler fashion, Sarunas’s don’t wait around. The key take away from this episode is “Don’t Wait To Launch”. Sarunas walks us through the mind set it takes to be brave and jump into the market. Your consumers and the market will shape your product over time, don’t let perfect get in the way of progress!

Thank you for joining us on The GrindDaily Podcast!

Sarunas’s company, Place I Live is an interactive real estate search platform to help identify neighborhoods that fit your needs!
Our conversation covered many incredible resources, and we’ve outlined them below.
The book that discusses Minimum Viable Product (MVP), is The Lean Startup by Eric Ries.
Another book mentioned by Sarunas was The Hard Thing About Hard Things, by Ben Horowitz. Silicon Valley influencer, and founder of Andreessen Horowitz,  offers advice for launching and running a start-up. Horowitz is also the brainchild behind the a16z podcast that was mentioned in the episode.
Sarunas’s favorite Google Chrome extension is email Hunter.io. This extension allows you to find mail addresses, by decoding the company’s email format. For example, if you were looking for Elon Musk’s email, and hunter.io determines that all Tesla emails are firstname_lastname@tesla.com, you may guess Elon’s email to be elon_musk@tesla.com. Using a tool like rapporitve (another mention on our show), you can verify email addresses found in hunter.
We also discussed The Tim Ferris Show, the podcast of Tim Ferriss, author of best sellers, The 4-Hour work week, The 4-Hour Body, The 4-Hour Chef, and his newest book, Tools of Titans. Other infuencers mentioned include Gary Vaynerchuk, Elon Musk, and Reid Hoffman.
