Natalie and Eugene got married and moved to the D.C. area, where they now run their own flipping business.
- the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is a regional database of mostly residential real estate listings. The MLS is the basis of data used on sites like Zillow and Trulia and other listing platforms.
- BiggerPockets.com was mentioned a few times. BiggerPockets is a real estate investor social network, filled with member blogs, investing forums, eBooks, podcasts, and much more. Its a great free resource for self-taught real estate investors. On a side note, its also the site where Sam, Jeanne and I met (co-founders of GrindDaily).
- Eugene mentioned Podio, which is a project management software. (We use the free version to manage our podcast production, and real estate businesses).
